The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Quiz scores and high score history
- Achievement progress
- User preferences (sound, vibration, difficulty settings)
This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never transmitted to us or any third party. This data is deleted when you uninstall the App or use the in-app "Reset All Scores" feature.
3. Third-Party Services
BrainBlitzer does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. No data is shared with third parties.
4. Children's Privacy
BrainBlitzer does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App is suitable for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and equivalent legislation in applicable jurisdictions.
5. Data Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data breach from our end. All game data remains on your device under your device's own security controls.
6. Your Rights
As we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove locally stored game data, you can:
- Use the "Reset All Scores" feature in the App's Settings screen.
- Uninstall the App from your device, which removes all associated local data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
